Tom has blended the disciplines and lessons of almost 20 years in marketing and branding from both sides of the proverbial client / agency fence. With a Kellogg MBA, he ran a $400M business for Unilever, growing incremental market share in a declining category and winning an Effie Award for advertising effectiveness.

He drove awareness of AirTouch Cellular (now Verizon) to nearly 100% in record time. At Young & Rubicam Advertising, New York, he developed a reputation for being able to tame the most demanding clients, like Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Over a five-year tenure, he more than tripled the revenue of Addis, a Berkeley based brand design and consulting firm, was personally responsible for over $14M in billings, and led one of his teams to a Gold Clio Award for package design.

His clients have included Charles Schwab, Nortel Networks and Kraft Foods, to drop a few names. Tom is passionate about brands and sincere in his efforts to help his clients do the right thing.
